3. Recruitment conditions

(1) In addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the "Management Measures for Police Auxiliary Personnel of Jilin Provincial Public Security Department", candidates should also meet the following conditions:

IV. Recruitment Methods

(1) Registration and Qualification Review

4. Registration procedure. (2) Recruitment method

This recruitment will be conducted through physical test, written examination and interview. Based on the physical fitness test and written test scores, candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 recruitment quota from high score to low score. (4) Testing and Assessment

1. Physical fitness test time: 8:30 to 11:00 am on May 16, 2019; 13:30 to 17:00 pm; Venue: Meihekou City Dongjie Stadium: Meihekou City Dongjie Stadium, total score is 100 points, rounded to two decimal places. The test events are 10m×4 return run (40 points), men’s 1000m, and women’s 800m (60 points). Refer to the "Public Security Organ People's Police Physical Exercise Standards" for scoring according to the standard score for the 31 to 35-year-old age group.

2. written examination. Time: Admission at 8:00 on May 19, 2019, exam time from 8:30 to 10:00. Location: Meihekou City No. 6 Middle School. The scope of the examination includes basic knowledge of public affairs, law, etc. It adopts a closed-book method and is scored out of 100 points.

3. Interview. The time and location will be notified later. Comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, language expression, adaptability and behavior are examined. Full score is 100 points.

4. Based on the total scores of the written test and interview (physical fitness test score 10, written test score 50, interview score 40, bonus points score), the candidates will be filled in order from high scores to low scores, according to the recruitment plan in a ratio of 1:1 Determine who will participate in the physical examination and inspection. (3) Physical examination and inspection

1. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the "Physical Examination Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Policemen by Public Security Organs". Those who fail the physical examination will not be hired, and those who fail to take the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically. 2. Those who have passed the physical examination will undergo a political review. The Political Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau will conduct a political review based on the political review standards of the People's Police, regarding ideological and political performance, moral character, practical performance, compliance with laws and regulations, and bank credit. If the candidate fails the physical examination or inspection, the qualification of the proposed candidate will be cancelled, and the candidates will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score.

(4) Public announcement and employment

1. After passing the physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be hired will be determined and publicized. The publicity period is 7 days.

2. If there is no objection or reaction after the publicity period but it is verified that it will not affect the employment, a contract will be signed in accordance with the law and the probation period will be three months. If the employee fails to pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period, the employment will be cancelled, and the labor relationship will be terminated. The minimum service period is 3 years (including probation period).

5. Management and treatment

1. The Municipal Public Security Bureau is responsible for the daily management of the auxiliary police. The Municipal Public Security Bureau signs a labor contract with the auxiliary police, and the contract is signed once a year.

2. The salary of the auxiliary police is 2,600 yuan/month, and the Municipal Finance Bureau is responsible for paying pension and other related insurance. After the employment relationship between the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the auxiliary police officers was terminated, wages and various insurances were also terminated.

3. If an auxiliary police officer violates the disciplinary requirements of the public security organ, he or she shall be punished or dealt with accordingly by referring to the "Public Security Organ People's Police Disciplinary Regulations" and other relevant provisions; if the circumstances are serious, he or she shall be dismissed or the labor contract relationship shall be terminated in accordance with the law; If a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.

6. Other matters

1. Qualification review will be conducted during the registration period and throughout the entire recruitment process. Anyone who provides false materials will be disqualified once discovered.
