Appellants Liu Wanke and Zhan Dongwei refused to accept the judgment of Dongping County People's Court in Shandong Province because of a construction contract dispute with the appellee Shandong Hongshun Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongshun Company), and intend to file an appeal.
