Fairness conforms to the highest rational requirement and the highest value goal of law, and is the ultimate goal pursued by both natural law and social law. "In justice as fairness, people accepted the principle of equality and freedom in advance, and when they accepted this principle, they were in ignorance of their special goals. Therefore, they explicitly agree to make their good ideas conform to the requirements of the principle of justice, or at least not stick to those ideas that directly violate their requirements.

Secondly, the principle of fairness conforms to the basic requirements of human existence and is the externalization of freedom and personality equality. As a natural person, in addition to demanding fair treatment and personal dignity, there is also a natural desire for freedom, equality and fairness.
