Institutional setup of Jilin Higher People's Court

The Higher People's Court of Jilin Province consists of offices, political departments (including cadres' offices, publicity and education offices, grass-roots work guidance offices and veteran cadres' offices), filing courts, retrial filing courts, criminal courts, criminal courts, criminal courts, civil courts and compensation committee offices. The Second Court of Judicial Supervision, the Executive Board (under which there is a coordination guidance room, a reconsideration supervision room and a comprehensive management room), the Bureau for Letters and Calls Involving Lawsuits (under which there are a room for letters and calls, a room for letters and calls involving lawsuits and a command center), the research room, the Judicial Police Corps, the technical room, the Judicial Administrative Equipment Management Office, the supervision room, the Judicial Management Office, the Judicial Technical Assistance Office, the Administrative Management Office and the directly under the authority Party Committee. Directly affiliated institutions: Jilin Judges Training College (Jilin Branch of National Judges College) and Jilin Higher People's Court Service Center. It has jurisdiction over Changchun, Jilin, Yanbian, Siping, Tonghua, Baicheng, Liaoyuan, Songyuan, Baishan, Yanbian Forest Area, Changchun Forest Area, Changchun Railway 12 Intermediate People's Courts and 80 Basic People's Courts.
