Persons who meet the following conditions can sign up for the legal professional qualification examination:
(1) Having China nationality.
(two) support the people of China and the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), and enjoy the right to vote and stand for election.

(4) Having full capacity for civil conduct.
