One-time compensation shall be paid according to the following standards: first-level disability compensation base 16 times, second-level disability compensation base 14 times, third-level disability compensation base 12 times, fourth-level disability compensation base 10 times, fifth-level disability compensation base 8 times, sixth-level disability compensation base 6 times and seventh-level disability compensation base 6 times. If death is caused by accidental injury or occupational disease, a one-time compensation shall be paid according to 10 times of the compensation base.

The compensation base refers to the average annual salary of employees in the industrial injury insurance co-ordination area where the unit is located.

In other words, you go to the social security department where your unit is located and ask for the average salary of all employees in this area in the previous year. Use this base to calculate your salary. For example, the base number is 2000, and the seven-level disability is 8000, which is only a one-time compensation.
