3. Recruitment procedures
(1) Announcement
Publish the announcement on the website: Songbei District People’s Government website (www.songbei.gov.cn )
Subsequent announcements will be published on the same website.
(2) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time: from the date of the recruitment announcement to 17:00 on February 27, 2023.
2. Applicants can only choose one position to register for, and package and compress the following materials and send them to the registration email: zfbxgk1008@163.com. The subject of the email is uniformly named "Position Number + Name".
(1) "2023 Songbei District Government Office Recruitment Registration Form" (see "Attachment").
(2) Electronic scanned copies of graduation certificates, degree certificates, Ministry of Education academic certificate electronic registration forms, and second-generation ID cards.
(3) Those who have returned from studying abroad must submit scanned copies of academic qualifications, degrees and other relevant certificates certified by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
3. According to the job recruitment conditions, the qualifications of the applicants will be reviewed, and the examination will be organized based on the actual number of people who pass the job qualification review.
(3) Examination method
The examination method is conducted in the form of an interview, which mainly tests the applicant's adaptability, language expression ability, analytical problem-solving ability, job adaptability, etc. Qualifications will be conducted through structured interviews. The full interview score is 100 points. Applicants with scores below 60 will not be hired. (4) Physical examination and inspection
According to the requirements of the physical examination notice, applicants must go to a designated medical institution to take a physical examination at their own expense.
The content and standards of the physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and other relevant regulations.
Applicants who commit fraud during the physical examination, conceal the truth, thereby distorting the results of the physical examination, or who fail the physical examination, will not be employed.
After the physical examination, the recruiting unit will inspect the candidates who have passed the physical examination, focusing on their work experience, actual performance and compliance with laws and regulations.
(5) Training
The government office conducts training for proposed personnel. The training content mainly includes knowledge of laws and regulations, relevant work systems, business knowledge, etc.
Those who fail to pass the training will not be hired.
(6) Recruitment
The person to be hired will sign a labor contract with the Songbei District People’s Government Office of Harbin City, with a contract period of one year (with a two-month probationary period).
After the contract expires, a contract for the next year will be signed based on the district government’s work requirements and personnel work assessment.
IV. Other Matters
(1) Responsibility for failure to participate in all aspects of recruitment as required due to the applicant not taking the initiative and not going to the designated website to inquire for relevant information as required. It is the responsibility of the applicants.
