Main contents of legality review

The legality of evidence means that the form and source of evidence conform to the law. Generally speaking, the legality review of evidence has the following aspects: 1. (5) confessions and excuses of criminal suspects and defendants;

(6) appraisal opinions;

(7) records of inquests, inspections, appraisals, investigations and experiments;

(8) audio-visual materials and electronic data.
