The Basic Legal Knowledge Examination mainly tests the candidates' understanding and mastery of the knowledge necessary to engage in state agency work, as well as their ability to use the knowledge they have learned to solve practical problems. The exam time limit is 120 minutes or 150 minutes, with a maximum score of 100 points. Examinations with objective questions may include: true or false questions, ② single-choice questions, ③ multiple-choice questions, and ④ case analysis questions (four types of questions).
Part 2 Answering Requirements
Candidates taking the basic legal knowledge exam must bring a pen (or ballpoint pen), 2B pencil and eraser.
All the basic legal knowledge test papers are objective questions and require answers on machine-readable answer sheets. Answers given on the answer sheet are not valid. Answers outside the designated location will be invalid.
