Can lawyers still be lawyers after conviction?

As long as it is not an intentional crime, even if it is a negligent crime has received criminal punishment can be a lawyer.

Article 7 of the Law of Lawyers stipulates:

If the applicant has one of the following circumstances, the certificate of practice of law shall not be issued:

(a) incapable of civil behavior or limited civil capacity;

(b) has been subjected to criminal penalties, except for crimes of negligence;

(c) dismissed from the public service or revoked the certificate of practice of lawyers
