There is no professional dress code;
(2) Investigators testify in court;
(3) This unit is a party to this case.
Court staff and observers who do not perform their duties should wear civilized clothes.
At the same time, according to Article 2 of the Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Implementing the Dress System for Lawyers in Court, lawyers, as defenders and agents, must wear lawyers' clothes in court.
Article 3 stipulates that a lawyer's court dress consists of a lawyer's robe and a scarf.
Article 4 stipulates that a lawyer shall abide by the following provisions when appearing in court:
(a) the lawyer's court clothes are only used in court proceedings, and may not be worn at other times and occasions;
(2) When lawyers appear in court, they should wear matching clothes according to the regulations: light-colored shirts, scarves, lawyers' robes and lawyers' badges. Wear dark suit pants and dark leather shoes, and female lawyers can wear dark suit skirts;
(three) to keep the lawyer's clothes clean and tidy, and not to use untidy or damaged clothes;
(4) A lawyer should show a serious and solemn spirit when wearing a lawyer's appearance clothes. Lawyers are not allowed to wear other clothes or accessories except court clothes.
Secondly, if lawyers don't dress according to the regulations, they can go to the local lawyers association to reflect the problem. According to Article 8 of the Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Implementing the Dress System for Lawyers in Court, lawyers' associations at all levels shall supervise and inspect the use of the dress for lawyers in court.
