The meeting system of each detention center is different, so you need to consult the detention center for details. 1. In case of criminal detention, relatives can't visit during detention, but defense lawyers can visit. When lawyers meet with criminal suspects in custody, the investigation organ can send investigators to be present according to the case and needs. 2. All required visiting hours. If the relatives and friends of the punished person make an appointment in advance, they can visit the punished person within the visiting hours stipulated by the administrative detention center. When visiting, you can bring necessary daily necessities, clothes and food (subject to the inspection and consent of the police in the detention center), and you may not send other items to the punished person. Article 26 of the Detention Center Regulations guarantees the right of detainees to meet during their detention. Detainees should abide by the regulations of the detention center. The meeting with the detained person shall be held at the meeting place of the detention center with valid identity documents within the specified time. If a detainee entrusts a lawyer to meet with him, he shall also hold a lawyer's practice certificate, a certificate of law firm, a power of attorney or a letter of legal aid. Article 27 A lawyer may ask for leave from the detention center if he needs to take the entrance examination, give birth to a child, or have a close relative who is critically ill or dies. The application for leave shall be reviewed by the detention center, and the opinions shall be submitted to the detention center for approval. The decision-making organ shall make a decision on whether or not to leave the detention center within 12 hours after the detainee or his close relatives apply. The time taken by a detainee for leave should not be counted as detention time.
