A lawyer is actually a craftsman who speaks with evidence. He can only create works that can be recognized by the judiciary within the framework of the law, and can't go beyond the law to pursue justice in your heart.
Intentional murder cannot be sentenced to death, which may violate the belief of "killing for life" in the hearts of ordinary people. Because of the statute of limitations or bankruptcy system, it is sometimes impossible to pay off debts.
You have a point, but you have to bear the adverse consequences of inadequate proof. When pure justice conflicts with modern judicial ideas, people will not reflect on whether their cognition is biased, but will think that speculative evaluations such as "the other party must be related", "the lawyer must be bought by the other party" and "eating the plaintiff and eating the defendant" will become the gossip and social evaluation of lawyers. Just as judges sometimes suffer for the law, lawyers sometimes become a punching bag for people's dissatisfaction with the judiciary.
Lawyers are destined to "speak well for the bad guys", speak well for the defendant according to facts and laws, and defend the rights of the defendant. Lawyers can refuse to defend, but they can never expose the crimes of the "bad guys" they defend-this pursuit of case justice will completely destroy the trust between defense lawyers and defendants, thus completely destroying the foundation of the whole defense system, even the existence of the lawyer system.
