Can criminal lawyers still testify in court?

Lawyers can't be forensic experts to testify in court. Judicial appraisers are mainly engaged in judicial expertise. They use science and technology or related knowledge to judge and identify the issues involved in litigation, and will give expert opinions. As a defender, a lawyer can only provide the defense opinions of the criminal suspect who is innocent, the lightest or the lighter punishment, and has no right to testify in the professional field as an expert witness.
