There are no litigation fees for criminal cases, and there are no litigation fees for the People's Court hearing incidental civil litigation cases. Litigation fees refer to the fees paid by the parties when filing lawsuits in the People's Court, including case acceptance fees and other litigation fees.

Criminal cases are different from civil cases. Criminal proceedings do not charge litigation fees. Public prosecution cases are conducted by the procuratorate. If a lawyer is entrusted, attorney fees or service fees will be charged. Charging standards vary from place to place, and the specific fees can be determined through negotiation between the parties and their lawyers. Generally, there are piece-rate charges, amount-based charges, hourly charges, etc. According to the provisions of the National Criminal Procedure Law, all cases requiring public prosecution shall be reviewed and decided by the People's Procuratorate.

Charging standards for criminal litigation agency fees

(1) Investigation stage:

1. Providing legal consultation: 300 yuan to 500 yuan/time;

2. Application for bail pending trial: 500 yuan to 3,000 yuan per case;

3. Agency appeals and accusations: 1,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan per case.

(2) Review and prosecution stage:

1. If no property relationship is involved: 1,500 yuan to 12,000 yuan/piece;

2. If property relationship is involved : 70 yuan will be charged according to the following charging standards, but the minimum fee shall not be less than 2,000 yuan.

(3) Trial stage:

(1) Serving as the defendant’s defender: 2,500 yuan to 20,000 yuan per case;

2. Involving property relations: Charge according to the above-mentioned charging standards based on the size of the subject matter.

Criminal litigation agency appeal

(1) If no property relationship is involved: 1,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan per case;

(2) If property relationship is involved: Charges are based on the above-mentioned amount per bid.
