Article 39 No organization or individual may disclose the personal privacy of minors.
No organization or individual may conceal or destroy minors' letters, diaries and emails; No organization or individual may open or consult the letters, diaries and e-mails of minors without legal capacity, except that the public security organs or people's procuratorates conduct inspections according to law in order to trace crimes.
Article 69 Anyone who infringes on the privacy of minors and constitutes a violation of public security administration shall be given administrative punishment by the public security organ according to law.

Fortieth the freedom and privacy of communication between the people of China and the citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be protected by law. When public security organs and procuratorial organs check communication according to the procedures prescribed by law, no organization or individual may infringe upon citizens' freedom and privacy of communication for any reason, except for the needs of national security or criminal investigation.

Article 2 Whoever infringes upon civil rights and interests shall bear tort liability in accordance with this Law.
The civil rights and interests mentioned in this Law include personal rights and property rights such as the right to life, health, name, reputation, honor, portrait, privacy, marital autonomy, guardianship, ownership, usufructuary right, security right, copyright, patent right, trademark exclusive right, discovery right, stock right and inheritance right.
Minors enjoy the right to privacy, and their freedom and secrets of communication are protected by law. With the progress of society and the increasing awareness of teenagers' legal system, respecting minors' personality and protecting minors' privacy are the needs of protecting and promoting the healthy growth of minors, which should be highly valued by the whole society.
