(a) the applicant has a legal identity and household registration in this city; (two) there are places that meet the sales requirements; (3) Having trained and qualified sales management personnel, and promising to abide by relevant rules and regulations.
To open a point of sale, you need to provide the following materials to the Municipal Sports Lottery Center:
(a) fill in the application form (the applicant, the address and telephone number of the point of sale, the nature and area of the house, etc.);
(2) A copy of the applicant's legal identity card and other relevant materials;
(3) A copy of the legal identity card of the salesman and other relevant materials;
(four) proof of the property right of the house at the point of sale or the relevant proof of renting the facade.
After accepting the application, the Municipal Sports Lottery Center will review the application materials and put forward the review opinions within 15 working days. Qualified people need to sign a computer sports lottery sales contract, pay the deposit and get the sales terminal and other equipment, and get the sales license issued by the financial department.
