To apply for a lawyer's practice license, you need to practice in a law firm for more than one year. The law firm fills in the internship certificate form, submits the unemployment certificate (notarized), the personal character certificate where the file is located, the household registration book, diploma, ID card, copy of qualification certificate and four two-inch photos, and goes to the local judicial bureau for handling.
