2. Complete an internship: After receiving your law degree, you will need to complete a minimum of three years of internship as a lawyer. The internship period will be spent in a law firm or legal department and the end of the internship will need to be confirmed by the internship supervisor.
3. Pass the knowledge and skills test: After the internship, you need to take and pass the "knowledge and skills" test organized by the Dutch Bar Association. The test content includes civil law, criminal law and administrative law.
4. Pass the ethics exam: In addition to the knowledge and skills exam, you will also need to pass the ethics exam to prove that you meet the ethical standards required to become a lawyer.
5. Become a law enforcer: After passing the above examination, you will obtain a Dutch lawyer's license and can practice law in the Netherlands.
