There are still four episodes of this drama, produced by the BBC. Quality guaranteed. Each episode has a well-paced story. Each story is unexpected, but after touching it carefully, it feels reasonable. And the actors' acting skills are all online, which is very enjoyable. It makes people unable to put it down after watching it. Luckily, they don't have to endure the pain of waiting for updates.
2. Secret
This is a true story, adapted from real events that occurred in Coleraine, Northern Ireland from 1990 to 2011. It tells the story of Colin Howell, a good husband and father who plots to kill his partner because of his affair with a married woman.
The reason why I put this in second place is because I personally like to see cases adapted from real events, which are more exciting and fascinating.
3. Paradise Island Mystery Series
This series has been released for six seasons, and each season has received high ratings. It tells the story of a murder that occurred on an island that others thought was paradise. The case is complicated and tortuous, and the puzzles are all superb. You can unconsciously follow the rhythm of the play to uncover the answers, and finally find that the truth is so close to us.
4. Ripping Street Series
Jack the Ripper, this story is like thunder. I seem to have heard it since I was a child, but it has always been off and on. If you are as curious as me, then this show is a show you cannot miss. The series has been renewed for its fifth season.
In 1888, the murders of at least several prostitutes in Whitechapel, east London, plunged Victorian London into a cloud of fear. The murderer's codename was Jack the Ripper. During the crime, he wrote to the police many times, but he was never caught in law.
5. Single Husband
This film is adapted from a real case and is the longest legal battle in Scottish history. Malcolm was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his first wife, Claire, and the attempted murder of his second wife, Felicity.
This is also a real case. What is the mentality of a man who kills his wife again and again? It is not recommended for people who are psychologically fragile. It will cause psychological shadow and affect the relationship between you and your boyfriend.
6. Lost for Thirteen Years
This is similar to the movie "Room" I watched. It is also a story about a young girl who was imprisoned and tortured both physically and mentally. After successfully escaping, she didn't know how to integrate into society. Escape a room, only to end up imprisoning yourself in an invisible room you built for yourself.
The plot is depressing and tugs at people's hearts, but after watching it, it makes people feel lucky, which in turn inspires the feeling of cherishing life.
