How to apply for a lawyer internship certificateInternship applicants should submit the following materials: (Submit to the Lawyer Management Office of the Bureau of Justice) (1) Internship application form completed by the internship applicant in quadruplicate; (2) Quadruplicates of the internship agreement signed between the applicant and the law firm intending to accept the intern; (3) 4 copies of the applicant’s legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate, and academic certificate; (4) Copy of the intern’s ID card Four copies of the residence permit or temporary residence permit issued by the public security agency for non-interns with registered residence; (5) 1 original and 3 copies of the off-the-job internship certificate issued by the unit where the intern works, or a certificate issued by the Talent Exchange Center to prove the identity of the applicant. Proof of record keeping that you can work as a lawyer on a full-time basis; (6) 1 original certificate and 3 copies of the certificate issued by the public security authority in the place where the intern applies for residence; (7) 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos of the applicant who intends to work as a lawyer part-time 1 recent bareheaded photo of professional staff applying for internship. In addition to the relevant materials specified in the preceding paragraph, the applicant must also submit certification materials issued by the law department or legal research unit of the university where he/she is located, approving the internship.
