1. Legally speaking, if the other party refuses to perform the obligation of compensation after the judgment of the court, it may apply to the court for enforcement. Even if the other party chooses to serve a sentence, you still have the right of recourse after the expiration of the sentence. But in reality, if you apply to the court for enforcement after the other party has served his sentence, the court will be very negative.
2. The insurance for refusing to compensate the lawyer's fees shall be borne by both parties, and the plaintiff's lawsuit shall be recognized by the court and won, and shall be borne by the losing party. If the other party is unable to pay compensation and chooses to serve a sentence, you should compensate yourself first and then recover from the other party afterwards.
