Expenses for court staff to go out to handle cases

According to relevant regulations, since the litigation fees paid by the parties to the People's Court already include the costs of court staff going out to handle cases, the costs of court staff going out to handle cases shall be borne by the court itself.

Relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Payment of Litigation Fees"

Article 6 The litigation fees that parties shall pay to the People's Court include:

(1) Case acceptance fees ;

(2) Case filing fees;

(3) Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, and living expenses incurred by witnesses, appraisers, translators, and public assessors when they appear in court on the date designated by the People’s Court , Lost work allowance.
