Article 2 The legal disputes mentioned in these Measures include litigation legal disputes and non-litigation legal disputes. Litigation legal disputes as mentioned in these Measures refer to the legal affairs activities that the company and its subordinate units, as a party or a third person, resolve through litigation in the people's court. These litigation activities include: civil litigation (including litigation against labor arbitration award), administrative litigation, criminal litigation and criminal incidental civil litigation. The term "non-litigation legal dispute affairs" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the legal affairs activities in which the company and its subordinate units are one party, only between the parties or presided over by a third party, and the relevant disputes or disputes are resolved through negotiation, mediation, consultation, negotiation, arbitration, reconsideration, application, notarization, and sending a lawyer's letter.

Article 3 The handling of litigation and non-litigation legal disputes of a company must follow the principles of effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the company and fully coordinating the necessary relations.

Article 4 Litigation and non-litigation legal disputes shall be under the centralized management of the Legal Affairs Department, with the authorization of the legal representative and the responsibility of the specific client. The cause of action and the cause of action departments (units) shall carry out the system of preliminary investigation and report step by step, and the legal representative (or person in charge) shall be the first person responsible for litigation and non-litigation legal disputes.
