Legal objectivity:
Article 114 of the "Criminal Procedure Law": In private prosecution cases, the victim has the right to file a lawsuit directly with the People's Court. If the victim dies or loses his capacity for civil conduct, the victim's legal representative and close relatives have the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court. The People's Court shall accept the case in accordance with the law. Article 186 of the Criminal Procedure Law: For a case that has been prosecuted, and after review, the People's Court shall decide to open a trial if the criminal facts alleged in the indictment are clear.
