Can I apply for an ID card while wearing a skirt?

There is a dress code for applying for an ID card. You cannot wear white clothes or uniforms when applying for ID cards. You should wear clothes with dark collars.

Article 7 Citizens must start their registration after reaching the age of 16 Within three months from the date of residence, apply to the public security bureau in the place where your permanent residence is located to obtain a resident identity card.
