The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Candidates and conditions

(1) Recruitment targets: Open recruitment is open to 2009 fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities and those with national recognition Academically qualified personnel.

Applicants with non-Guangdong permanent residence are limited to full-time general college undergraduates or above. Candidates in the province who are not residents of Zhanjiang are limited to full-time college students and above. In-service personnel employed by state-owned units must hold a written certificate that their unit agrees to apply.

Those who have returned from studying abroad and apply for the civil service examination must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and have relevant certification materials issued by my country’s embassies and consulates abroad, and meet the job requirements.

Recruitment targets are divided into two categories: fresh graduates and social workers. Fresh graduates refer to full-time graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who graduated in 2009 (the corresponding graduation certificate and degree certificate must be obtained before September 30, 2009) (including those who went through suspension procedures in 2007 and 2008 and are not employed); social personnel Refers to those who have obtained nationally recognized academic qualifications, in addition to fresh graduates. Fresh graduates and social workers apply according to candidate category. Graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who have graduated for two and a half years at the end of 2008 or early 2009 or who have completed their credits in advance are considered fresh graduates. Those who are already working must obtain the consent of their workplace before they can apply. People who have studied abroad or returned from studying abroad in Hong Kong and Macao apply for the civil service examination. Those who have graduated for less than one year at the time of registration are considered fresh graduates, and those who have graduated for more than one year are considered social workers.

(2) Application conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the Chinese people * * * and support the Constitution of the Chinese people * * *;

2. Abide by disciplines and laws , have good conduct;

3. Be in good health and able to perform duties normally, and be between 18 and 35 years old (born between March 31, 1973 and March 31, 19965438). If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Among them, "more than 2 years of grassroots work experience" refers to more than 2 years of cumulative work experience in party and government agencies below the county level, as well as various enterprises, institutions, other economic organizations, social organizations and other grassroots units, production front lines and rural areas (as of July 2009 31) experience. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have cheated in exams since 2005 by the provincial civil servants department, and those who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants by law are not allowed to Sign up. Poor rural college students and urban residents who plan to enjoy relevant examination fee reductions and exemptions should bring relevant certification materials to go through the exemption procedures when registering on site. Third, exam

The exam includes a written test and an interview.

(1) Written test: The subjects are "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Application Theory". Those who apply for positions in courts or procuratorates but fail to pass the national unified judicial examination must take the "Basic Legal Knowledge" test.

The reference book for the examination is "Basic Knowledge of Law", compiled in 2005 by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Higher People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuratorate, and the Provincial Personnel Department, and published by Guangdong People's Publishing House.

The minimum score for the written examination is determined by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department. Scores on basic legal knowledge are not included in the written test scores, and the passing score line is set by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Higher People's Court, and the Provincial People's Procuratorate. Those with lower than the passing score will not be admitted for interview.

College students enrolled in the “Three Supports and One Support” program in our province and who pass the assessment after the expiration of their service period can apply for the civil service examination in our province within 3 years from the date of expiration of their service period. (2) Interview: The interview is conducted strictly in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Civil Servant Interviews in Guangdong Province (Trial)" and is organized uniformly by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Personnel. After the interview, the total exam score will be calculated based on the proportion of written test score accounting for 60% and interview score accounting for 40%. 4. Physical examination and inspection

After the examination, the list of physical examination personnel will be determined according to the order of total examination scores from high to low and according to the number of people to be hired for the recruitment position. The physical examination work is strictly in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)" issued by the former Ministry of Personnel and Ministry of Health, "Civil Service Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial)" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Personnel and the General Office of the Ministry of Health, and "Implementation of Physical Examination for Civil Servants in Guangdong Province" Detailed Rules (Trial)" shall be organized and implemented to ensure that newly hired personnel have good qualities.

After the physical examination, the candidates to be hired will be determined based on the overall test scores of the candidates from high to low and the results of the physical examination, and will be inspected. Candidates who fail the physical examination and examination or who give up their employment can be replaced by candidates who pass the physical examination and examination with the approval of the civil servant recruitment authority.
