Do hazardous wastes included in the national list of hazardous wastes need to undergo criminal prosecution identification?

If it is determined to be solid waste according to "General Principles for the Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes" (GB 5085.7-2007)

4.2, it shall be determined according to the national list of hazardous wastes. All items listed in the "National List of Hazardous Wastes" are hazardous wastes and do not need to identify hazardous characteristics (infectious wastes are identified according to the "National List of Hazardous Wastes"); if they are not included in the National List of Hazardous Wastes, they should be determined according to Article 4.3 Hazardous properties.

Hazardous wastes listed in the National Hazardous Waste List do not need to be identified as hazardous wastes.
