To apply for a lawyer's practice license, the following application conditions shall be met:
Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
Having legal professional qualification or lawyer qualification;
Internship in a law firm 1 year;
Good conduct.
Information submitted by the applicant's law firm:
Fill in the lawyer registration form of China truthfully.
Identity card (foreign identity card must be accompanied by temporary residence permit or local real estate license).
The highest academic certificate.
Lawyer qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate.
The formal approval document of the original unit's resignation or dismissal.
Proof that personnel files are stored in the talent exchange center or employment management office.
The employment period of a law firm is not less than 3 years.
Certificate of completion of induction training.
Lawyer's assistant certificate (more than one year after obtaining lawyer's qualification or legal professional qualification, from the date of issuing Class A assistant certificate).
A two-inch recent photo.
A certificate issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located that it has not been subjected to criminal punishment.
