At about 22: 40 on July 19, a case of intentional injury occurred in a roadside shop in Hefu South Street, He Lu Village, Baoshan Community, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City. The victims Hu Mou (male, from Sichuan Province), Zhang Mou (male, from Henan Province), Tang Mouxiang (male, from Hunan Province) and Li Mouming (male, from Sichuan Province) were stabbed by three other men, and the victims Hu Mou and Zhang Jing died after being rescued by the hospital.

After the incident, the leaders of the Municipal Public Security Bureau attached great importance to it, and quickly dispatched the elite police force to set up a task force with the Huangjiang Branch to carry out the case detection work. After careful investigation, on July 2 1 day, the task force arrested the suspect Hu Mowa in Gong Ming Town; On July 24th, two suspects, Hu Moujiang and Hu (both male, from Dazhu County, Sichuan Province), were arrested in Dalang Town, Dongguan City. After preliminary investigation, Hu Moujiang is Hu Mowa's brother and Hu is Hu Mowa's cousin. 1On the evening of July 6th, 9 10 or so, Hu Mowa had an argument with Xu (male, Sichuanese) on the site because of the internet speed. Subsequently, Hu Mowa called his brother, cousin and other three people, and had a quarrel and fight with Hu and other five people called by Xu. During the period, three people, including Hu Mowa, stabbed four people on Xu's side with a knife, and two of them, including Hu and Zhang, died after being rescued. Hu Mowa and other three suspects confessed to the criminal facts of intentional injury.

At present, three suspects, including Hu Mowa, have been criminally detained by the public security organs according to law, and the case is under further investigation.
