What happens when someone dies unexpectedly?

Negligence causes death, usually three to seven years in prison. If the offender can actively compensate the victim's family for understanding, he can fight for probation.

The law provides that:

Article 233 of the Criminal Law causes death through negligence, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years; If the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
