What does the procuratorate mean by pleading guilty?

Legal subjectivity:

Pleading guilty and admitting punishment is a new provision of China's criminal procedure law revised by 20 18. The so-called confession and punishment means that the defendant has no objection to the criminal facts, charges, sentencing suggestions and the application of summary procedure, summary procedure or ordinary procedure after pleading guilty and punishment. If you have any objection to one or more of the above items, you can choose not to sign the confession statement, and the clause of confession and punishment is not applicable. At the same time, the "Plea Plea and Punishment Commitment" will be signed. At the same time, the procuratorate will also let the defendant sign the Notice of Confession and Repentance.

Legal objectivity:

Article 174 of the Criminal Procedure Law: If a criminal suspect voluntarily pleads guilty and agrees to apply sentencing suggestions and procedures, he shall sign a confession and repentance in the presence of a defender or a lawyer on duty.
