Lawyers need to carry a lawyer's practice license to obtain evidence, and assistants who have not obtained a practice license may not conduct citizen information inquiry alone. To inquire about citizens' information, in principle, you should go to the local police station and bring a letter of introduction from the law firm. When the police station assists lawyers in information inquiry, it shall confirm the qualifications of lawyers, and if in doubt, it may consult the local judicial organs. According to relevant laws, lawyers can apply to the police station for ten household registration information, such as citizen's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, citizenship number and photo. , with the letter of introduction stamped with the seal of the firm, the power of attorney for the case and the lawyer's practice certificate.
