The research fields and majors are the theory of crime establishment and the theory of criminal law interpretation. For a long time, I have been committed to the systematic study of the establishment and development of substantive criminal law school. From the microscopic interpretation of individual crimes to the middle theory of crime constitution, and then to the macroscopic view of substantive criminal law, I have produced a series of theoretical achievements with substantive criminal law as my personal academic characteristics and academic labels, and achieved good academic reputation and social effects. Around the core proposition of substantive criminal law, the research on the issues related to the status of substantive criminal law, such as "the openness of the constitutive elements of crime", "the view of substantive criminal law", "the interpretation of substantive criminal law" and "the theory of substantive crime", has been carried out one after another, occupying a leading position in the same field. Through the theoretical research on the elements of criminal openness, it is believed that there are a large number of elements of criminal openness in criminal law, and judges should be allowed to explain them in essence, so they advocate the theory of criminal essence and the theory of criminal interpretation in essence. In addition, some remarkable research achievements have been made in the fields of administrative criminal law, criminal law methodology, criminal legislation, traffic crimes and so on.
