Do lawyers have the right to inspect the files of the first instance and the second instance?

Check the file to see the other party’s evidence before the first instance trial;

Copy the other party’s evidence and the first instance trial transcript before the second instance trial;

If the case has been concluded and you enter the court file, you can check the file and copy the materials, but some things cannot be copied. It depends on the file administrator.
