1. Go to the WeChat homepage of your mobile phone and click the search button in the upper right corner;

4. Find the public account of the Public Security Bureau in the location, and then click People's Livelihood;
5. Click the Certificate of No Criminal Record ;
6. Fill in the relevant information for the application and wait for the review email.
The following materials are required to apply for a certificate of no criminal record:
1. Applicant’s ID card, household registration book and corresponding copies;
2. Letter of introduction from the employing unit Or certification materials;
3. Certificate from the village committee or neighborhood committee where the applicant’s household registration belongs. The parties concerned should bring the above materials to the police station for final signature and seal, or directly bring their personal ID cards and household registration books to the police station where their household registration is located.
To sum up, the certificate of no criminal record is the daily work of the public security organs and should be issued by the police station where the household registration is located according to law.

If criminal records are sealed, no unit or individual may access them except for the needs of judicial organs for case handling or relevant units in accordance with national regulations. Units that conduct inquiries in accordance with the law shall keep sealed criminal records confidential.
