1988- 1992 Lawyer Mo was assigned to "China Hualong International Labor Cooperation Company" under the Ministry of Labor at that time as the legal assistant to the general manager, and concurrently worked as a part-time lawyer in China Legal Affairs Center directly under the Ministry of Justice.

As a lawyer, he has represented hundreds of economic and civil cases, involving real estate development, commercial housing sales, insurance, loans, foreign-funded enterprises, equity transfer, infringement, guarantee, patents, trademarks, copyrights, taxation and other legal fields. He has served as a perennial legal consultant and project legal consultant for more than ten enterprises and institutions, and has also participated in the defense of many major criminal cases. As an arbitrator, he has undertaken more than 60 arbitration cases, involving construction projects, real estate development, commercial housing sales, equity transfer, guarantees, loans and other legal fields, among which more than 12 cases have been served as the chief arbitrator or sole arbitrator.
