1. Medical expenses: Medical expenses are determined based on receipts for medical expenses and hospitalization fees issued by medical institutions, combined with relevant evidence such as medical records and diagnosis certificates. 2. Lost work pay: Lost work pay is determined based on the victim’s lost work pay and income. 3. Nursing fee: Nursing fee is determined based on the income of the nursing staff, the number of nurses, and the nursing period. 4. Transportation expenses: Transportation expenses are calculated based on the actual expenses incurred by the victim and his necessary accompanying persons for medical treatment or transfer to a hospital for treatment. 5. Hospitalization food subsidy: Hospitalization food subsidy can be determined by referring to the food subsidy standards for ordinary staff of local state agencies. 6. Nutritional expenses: Nutritional expenses are determined based on the disability of the victim and the opinions of the medical institution. 7. Disability compensation: Based on the degree or grade of the victim's disability, the disability compensation is calculated based on the per capita disposable income of urban residents or the per capita net income of rural residents in the previous year where the appeal court is located, starting from the date of disability. Calculated as 20 years. However, if you are over 60 years old, your age will be reduced by one year for every additional year; if you are over 75 years old, your age will be calculated as five years.

Measures for the Administration of Lawyer Service Fees
Article 3 Lawyer service fees shall follow the principles of openness, fairness, voluntary payment and good faith. Law firms should facilitate and benefit the people, strengthen internal management, reduce service costs, and provide clients with convenient and high-quality legal services.
Article 4: Lawyer service fees shall be subject to government-guided prices and market-regulated prices.
Article 5 Law firms shall provide the following legal services in accordance with the law at government-guided prices: (1) Agency for civil litigation cases; (2) Agency for administrative litigation cases; (3) Agency for state compensation cases; (4) ) Provide legal advice to suspects in criminal cases, act as agents for appeals and accusations, apply for bail pending trial, and serve as defendants' defenders, private prosecutors or victims' litigation agents; (5) Act as agents in appeals of various litigation cases. The fees for other legal services provided by law firms shall be subject to market-adjusted prices.
