What materials need to be submitted to apply for a trainee lawyer certificate?

According to the "Lawyer Practice Management Rules (Trial)", the following materials should be submitted:

Article 7 To apply for internship registration, the law firm that intends to accept interns for internship shall submit the following materials to the local municipal lawyers association:

(1) Internship application form filled out by the applicant;

(2) Internship agreement signed by the applicant and the law firm intending to accept the intern;

(3) Copies of the applicant’s legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate and academic certificate;

(4) Copy of the identity card of the applicant for internship. Those who are not registered as interns should submit the residence permit issued by the public security agency. A copy of the certificate or temporary residence permit;

(5) A resignation certificate issued by the unit where the intern works, or a file custody certificate issued by the Talent Exchange Center and other original materials proving that the person can engage in the legal profession full-time;

(6) A certificate of no criminal punishment issued by the public security authority in the place where the intern applies for residence;

(7) A recent one-inch bareheaded photo of the intern;

(8) Proposal A statement that the law firm accepting interns for internship meets the conditions stipulated in these rules.

If a person who intends to engage in the lawyer profession part-time applies for an internship, in addition to submitting the relevant materials stipulated in the preceding paragraph, he must also submit certification materials issued by the law department or legal research unit of the university where he/she is located agreeing to his/her internship.
