Are lawyers and courts responsible for interns coming to court?

Intern lawyers can appear in court alone with the permission of the law firm, and there will be no adverse measures for intern lawyers to appear in court alone, except that intern lawyers cannot accept cases independently.

Taking Guangdong as an example, according to Article 24 of the Measures for the Administration of Interns in Law Firms of Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice, interns are not allowed to commit the following acts:

(1) Accepting the entrustment of a law firm or the entrustment of a party as an agent or defender, signing an entrustment contract and charging a handling fee;

(two) the release of legal documents;

(3) Handling legal aid business for both parties to the same case;

(4) Appearing in court;

(5) Practicing in two or more law firms at the same time;

(6) Handling legal affairs in the name of a lawyer;

(seven) revealing the business secrets or personal privacy of the parties;

(8) obstructing the other party from obtaining evidence according to law;

(9) Disrupting the order of courts and arbitration tribunals and interfering with the normal conduct of litigation and arbitration activities.

(eleven) to pay bribes to judges, prosecutors, arbitrators and other relevant staff, or to instruct or induce the parties to pay bribes;

(12) Providing false evidence, concealing important facts or threatening or inducing others to provide false evidence or concealing important facts.

Twenty-sixth after the internship, interns should fill in the "intern evaluation form", and guide lawyers to fill in the comments on interns' ideological and moral, professional ability and work attitude. Only those who have passed the examination can apply for a lawyer's practice license.

Twenty-seventh evaluation includes the following contents:

(a) whether it has reached the internship working days stipulated in these Measures;

(two) whether the law firm has completed the criminal, civil and administrative cases, non-litigation cases, legal advice, book agency and other business assistance work assigned by the law firm;

(three) whether the internship period has seriously fulfilled the obligations of interns as stipulated in these measures.
