Sexual harassment does not require the damage caused by the behavior to reach a serious level, as long as the behavior committed by the perpetrator constitutes sexual harassment, the provisions of this article can be applied.
However, the manifestation and degree of the damage consequences are the basis for the victim to ask the actor to bear the tort liability.
