Internship applicants should meet the following conditions:
(1) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Obtain a legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification Certificate;
(3) Good conduct;
(4) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(5) Not having been criminally punished for intentional crimes;
(6) Has not been dismissed from public office or has his lawyer's practicing certificate revoked.
Internship registration will not be granted if the intern application falls under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Making remarks against the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
(2) ) who have received criminal punishment, except for criminal negligence;
(3) who have been dismissed from public office or have had their lawyer's practicing certificate revoked;
(4) who have no capacity for civil conduct or are restricted from civil conduct Those who lack behavioral capacity;
(5) There are bad companies that are not suitable for practicing law;
(6) After being punished, they are not allowed to apply for internship again and the punishment period has not expired. If a law firm or intern mentoring lawyer refuses to register for practice because the law firm or intern mentoring lawyer does not meet the conditions stipulated in these rules, the Bar Association shall inform the applicant to choose another law firm or intern mentoring lawyer to accept his or her practice.
If an intern who applies for an internship is put on file for investigation for suspected illegal crimes, the internship registration will be suspended until the case is investigated and dealt with before a decision is made on whether to approve the internship registration.
