Do I need the original working documents produced by the practical training project?

Original version required.

Original documents are required during the lawyer interview.

General materials required for lawyer interviews:

1. Application for internship assessment.

2. An internship summary of no less than 3,000 words written by the intern (must be personal experience, written personally, no plagiarism allowed).

3. The appraisal opinion issued by the instructing lawyer (the instructing lawyer should be responsible for its authenticity, and the instructing lawyer should personally sign and confirm it. The assessment teacher can check the instructing lawyer's familiarity with the content on the spot during the assessment).

4. Internship assessment certificate issued by a law firm (the law firm is responsible for its authenticity. If the internship materials are found to be false, they will be handled in accordance with Article 33 of the "Practice Assessment Rules for Lawyer Applicants").

5. Completion certificate of intensive training for interns issued by the Lawyers Association.

6. Apply for a lawyer internship certificate.

7. Documents proving that the intern has completed the practical training project (referring to no less than 10 internship materials produced by the intern’s participation in major practical training projects, including working documents, records of internship activities, practical training experience, Guiding lawyer’s opinions, etc.).
