The conditions for a representative in criminal proceedings are as follows:

2. Be familiar with the business management activities and basic situation of the unit. The criminal litigation representative for a unit crime must be a senior employee within the unit, have a higher position and status, and be familiar with the unit's business and management activities;
3. Have a certain knowledge of the criminal facts of the unit's crime case learn. As a representative of a unit to participate in criminal proceedings on behalf of the unit, it is necessary to have a certain understanding of the criminal facts. This understanding can enable the representative to make full use of the knowledge he has in criminal proceedings, combine the criminal facts, and fully clarify the unit's Defense reasons and opinions to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the defendant unit.
