In order to promote the education and rectification of the political and legal team, thoroughly implement the spirit of "I do practical things for the masses" and effectively improve the people's sense of acquisition and satisfaction with the demand for public legal services, since this year, the Legal Aid Center has held "12348" monthly work analysis meetings for many times to inform the wiring of the two hotlines in our district and exchange experiences on how to improve the satisfaction of the masses, the number of calls and the number of work orders. Through this mode of monthly statistical bulletin and comment exchange, everyone has further improved their understanding and strengthened their sense of responsibility.
From February to May, the two hotlines in our district received 6769 calls from the masses. A lawyer from a law firm in Beijing won the praise of the masses twice through the platform of 12348. Shunyi District's "12348" legal consultation hotline has become a powerful assistant for the masses to find and solve problems by answering legal advice, reflecting legal needs in time, guiding and helping them to apply for legal aid. It has played an important role in spreading the spirit of the rule of law, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of poor and vulnerable parties and maintaining social stability.
