1. Supervise the law firm's compliance with laws, regulations and rules in the course of business activities;
2. Supervise the practice of law firms and the establishment and implementation of internal management system;
3. Supervise the law firm to maintain the statutory conditions for establishment and the implementation of change approval or filing;
4. Supervise the law firm to conduct liquidation and apply for cancellation;
5. Supervise the law firm to carry out the annual assessment of lawyers' practice and report the annual practice summary;
6. Accept reports and complaints from law firms;
7. Supervise the law firm to implement the administrative penalty decision and carry out rectification;
8. Other duties of the Ministry of Justice and judicial administrative organs of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
In the process of daily supervision and management, the judicial administrative organ at the county level should warn the responsible law firm or lawyer about the problems found and investigated in the practice activities and internal management of the law firm, order them to make corrections within a time limit, and supervise their rectification; If the law firm believes that it should be given administrative punishment for illegal acts, it shall put forward suggestions for punishment to the judicial administrative organ at the next higher level; If it is considered necessary to give disciplinary action to the industry, it shall be transferred to the Lawyers Association for handling.

Lawyers' fees shall be set by the price department of the State Council in conjunction with the judicial administrative department of the State Council.
