Legal Analysis

Minor injuries are the effects of various external factors on the human body, resulting in slight damage to local tissue and organ structures or slight temporary dysfunction. Generally, minor injuries have no or very little impact on the normal physiological functions, appearance, and posture of the human body after recovery. Minor injuries are not considered criminal cases, but generally constitute a criminal offense, which requires minor injuries or above. If the injury is identified as a minor injury by a forensic doctor, it means that the degree of injury is obviously minor and is not enough to cause significant harm to personal health and will not leave any damage to organ dysfunction. Beating generally only causes temporary physical pain to others or slightly stimulates others' nerves, but it does not damage the integrity of human tissue or the normal functions of human organs. Minor injuries are civil torts and do not constitute a crime. Some beatings obviously caused some physical harm to others, but it was obviously minor. If it does not constitute a minor injury according to the minor injury standard, the perpetrator does not commit a crime, it is not a criminal case, and cannot be punished as intentional injury. According to the relevant provisions of the relevant national laws, based on the theories and techniques of medicine and forensic medicine, combined with the practical experience of forensic work, a scientific basis is provided for the identification of minor injuries.
