Lawyers handling cases in other regions shall be charged according to the standards set by the provincial people's governments of other regions and the charging standards of similar law firms.
Legal basis: Article 9 of the "Measures for the Administration of Lawyer Fees" stipulates that the fees for lawyer services subject to market-adjusted prices shall be determined by the law firm through negotiation with the client.

Piece rate is generally applicable to legal matters that do not involve property relations;
Charges based on the proportion of the winning bid amount are applicable to legal matters involving property relations;
Time Fees apply to all legal matters.
