Article 29 Lawyers serving as legal advisors shall, as agreed, provide advisory opinions to clients on relevant legal issues, draft and review legal documents, participate in litigation, mediation or arbitration activities as an agent, and handle entrustments. Article 30: Lawyers who represent litigious legal matters or non-litigious legal matters shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the client within the scope of entrustment authority.
