Which is easier to learn, criminal law or civil law? Why?
As a legal worker, I like to accept civil cases. The reason is simple: the litigation cost of civil cases is high. However, lawyers in civil cases charge high fees because we have invested a lot of energy and painstaking efforts in civil cases. In the same case, different regions and different judges may make different judgments. In order to maximize the interests of the parties, we should not only know the general principles of civil law, but also know all kinds of judicial interpretations and supplementary provisions and local regulations. Very tired. . Criminal cases are much simpler. It should be said that China's current criminal law system and criminal law content are not complete, and the only fear is judicial injustice (but such cases are rare, after all, how the law is basically judged, not too dark). As for what to study, I personally think that criminal law is good and single. However, from the perspective of professional needs and future development, civil law is better. After all, even if something goes wrong, civil cases will pay at most some money, and criminal cases may die.
